    Little things, big picture

    I expected quick and hassle free delivery. I expected quality products and a nice variety of items for the 10X mystery box. I expected easy payment options and communication on my delivery. Expected, and met.

    What I didn’t expect was a personalised email from the owner, thanking me for supporting their business. I didn’t expect a personalised note in the package when it arrived, once again thanking me for my purchase. Sure it was just my name written at the top of a pre-filled out card. But ask yourself, when’s the last time any company has done that? It would’ve taken all of 3 seconds to write my name but it made the transaction all the more special and made me feel like it wasn’t all just about the money.

    The ladies that own this company are doing everything right and I will be purchasing from them again in the near future.
    I wish them and their business all the success that they deserve.
