Cancellations
Cancellations may be possible up until the time the shipping label is generated. All cancellation requests are reviewed by Roll With Advantage and may be denied if the order has already been packed, and or the shipping label has been generated, and or the parcel has already been dropped off/collected.
Change-of-Mind Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept change of mind returns, though we gladly accept exchanges. In all cases, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Giftcards cannot be returned or refunded.
For exchanges, buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, at the discretion of Roll With Advantage.
Returns due to wrong, faulty or damaged items
At Roll With Advantage our dice are quality checked by the manufacturer before they are sent to us, and are checked again when we pick your order. Despite these checks, sometimes faulty products do slip through.
We maintain a level of quality we are proud of, but our standard may not be the same as your standard. Depending on the set, there is always variance in how saturated the colours are, how the inserts are placed, and small polishing marks/scratches maybe visible. These are all within our tolerance for quality.
A faulty product is a die that may be missing numbers, for example, or has been overpainted, or one of the dice in the set is a completely different style to the one purchased.
A damaged product is a die or dice that broke in transit, for example, and is no longer whole. Ie. with parts of the die/dice physically missing, such as plastic or enamel.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and photos of the issue.
In the event a product is damaged or the wrong item was received, return shipping will be refunded upon receipt.
Order was sent to the wrong address
Your order will be dispatched to the address you provided. Roll With Advantage is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Please contact us immediately at hello@rollwithadvantage.com.au if you have entered an incorrect address. As with cancellations (above) we may not be able to remedy the issue if the parcel has already been dropped off/collected. In this case, you will need to wait for the order to be returned to us and you will be responsible for paying shipping to have the order sent to a new address.
