When I first ordered my dice, I made a mistake with the order and it was sorted out very quickly and easily thanks to the amazing customer support. The dice came fairly quickly and packaged with a thank you note and a small dice bag for them! The dice themselves look great, and true to their display images.
Upon inspection, one of the dice seemed to have a defect. I gave information and images to support, who responded lightning fast, notifying me of a replacement that they'd send and an apology. The new die came in and looked great, along with another whole set as reparation! I'm super grateful for the team at Roll With Advantage. Thanks for a good buying experience, and lovely dice!
