Shipping & Returns
As at Sunday October 25th we are operating as normal for all domestic deliveries, only experiencing minor delays.
We are now able to ship to New Zealand with Australia Post. We will be using "International Standard" delivery with tracking, which usually delivers within 6 business days. Australia Post will aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days (excludes weekends and Public Holidays) of us lodging it at a post office. Australia Post is experiencing international delivery delays in all destinations due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions as a result of COVID-19 and cannot currently guarantee when the order will be delivered.
REST OF THE WORLD
We are now able to ship worldwide with Australia Post. We will be using "International Standard" delivery with tracking, which usually delivers in 10+ business days. Australia Post will aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days (excludes weekends and Public Holidays) of us lodging it at a post office. Australia Post is experiencing international delivery delays in all destinations due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions as a result of COVID-19 and we have been told shipments are expected to take approximately 6 weeks to be delivered.

We review our shipping options regularly and the prices were most recently updated on October 23rd. At this time we ship our orders through a combination of Sendle and Australia Post, whichever is more economical for each order.
Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving payment.
Estimated shipping times with Sendle
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-7 business days
Rest of the World: 10 - 15 business days
Please note, these are the shipping times as specified by our courier service, once the parcel has been picked up. These are only estimated shipping times, and there may occasionally be delays - especially with international deliveries where the parcel has been handed over to a local delivery service. You can always track your delivery with the information provided in the separate shipping email.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept change of mind returns, though we gladly accept exchanges.

Conditions of return
In all cases, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
In the event a product is faulty or the wrong item was received, return shipping will be refunded upon receipt. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, at the discretion of Roll With Advantage.
Why do my dice look different from the pictures online?
We stock many of the same dice set, so there is a good chance you are not receiving the same set that is in the photo. Due to the nature of the patterns on/in the dice, every set is different and we think that's great. That said, if you're unhappy with your purchase, we do accept exchanges. How do you photograph your dice?
We use a combination of natural light, ring light, and a little editing to get our product photos. The only editing we perform is brightening the image to make it easier to see the beautiful colours and patterns on the dice.
