Shipping & Returns
As at Friday July 10th we are operating as normal for all domestic deliveries.
We are now able to ship to New Zealand with Australia Post. We will be using "International Standard" delivery with tracking, which usually delivers within 6 business days. Australia Post will aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days (excludes weekends and Public Holidays) of us lodging it at a post office. Australia Post is experiencing international delivery delays in all destinations due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions as a result of COVID-19 and cannot currently guarantee when the order will be delivered.
We are now able to ship to the US with Australia Post. We will be using "International Standard" delivery with tracking, which usually delivers in 10+ business days. Australia Post will aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days (excludes weekends and Public Holidays) of us lodging it at a post office. Australia Post is experiencing international delivery delays in all destinations due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions as a result of COVID-19 and as at July 10th, we have been told shipments are expected to take approximately 5 weeks to be delivered.
Due to shipping restrictions, we have temporarily suspended all other international deliveries.

We review our shipping options regularly and the prices were most recently updated on June 20th when we were able to reduce the price of Australia Post deliveries. At this time we ship our orders through a combination of Sendle and Australia Post, whichever is more economical for each order.
Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving payment.
Estimated shipping times with Sendle
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-7 business days
Rest of the World: 10 - 15 business days
Please note, these are the shipping times as specified by our courier service, once the parcel has been picked up. These are only estimated shipping times, and there may occasionally be delays - especially with international deliveries where the parcel has been handed over to a local delivery service. You can always track your delivery with the information provided in the separate shipping email.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept change of mind returns, though we gladly accept exchanges.

Conditions of return
In all cases, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
In the event a product is faulty or the wrong item was received, return shipping will be refunded upon receipt. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, at the discretion of Roll With Advantage.
Why do my dice look different from the pictures online?
We stock many of the same dice set, so there is a good chance you are not receiving the same set that is in the photo. Due to the nature of the patterns on/in the dice, every set is different and we think that's great. That said, if you're unhappy with your purchase, we do accept exchanges. (Please see Returns & Exchanges for more information.)
Do you edit your photos?
The only editing we perform is brightening the image to make it easier to see the beautiful colours and patterns on the dice. If ever you want to see another photo of the set you have your eye on, please get in touch.
