2022 SHIPPING UPDATE - INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
There are ongoing disruptions to delivery. Please note the Australia Post website keeps an updated international delivery times page on their website.
Some countries are not currently accepting deliveries due to COVID-19 restrictions. Please see the delivery estimates and destination guide below for more info.

Due to increased government regulation worldwide during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we anticipate that there will be some delays affecting the passage of mail through customs. This depends on the local customs regulations for each impacted country, region and territory.
We will no longer be selling to the UK from January 1, 2021. This is due to new regulations, customs, and duties because of the UK’s exit from the EU.
We review our shipping options regularly and the prices were most recently updated on July 27th 2021 when we were able to reduce the price of shipping to New Zealand to match that of domestic shipments. At this time we ship our orders through a combination of Sendle and Australia Post, whichever is more economical for each order. If you have a preference for one shipping method over the other, please get in touch prior to checking out.
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days of receiving payment.
Estimated shipping times with Sendle
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-7 business days
Rest of the World: 10 - 15 business days
Please note, these are the shipping times as specified by our courier service, once the parcel has been picked up. These are only estimated shipping times, and there may occasionally be delays - especially with international deliveries where the parcel has been handed over to a local delivery service. You can always track your delivery with the information provided in the separate shipping email.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept change of mind returns, though we gladly accept exchanges.
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Giftcards cannot be returned or refunded.
Conditions of return
In all cases, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For exchanges, buyers are responsible for all shipping costs.
In the event a product is faulty or the wrong item was received, return shipping will be refunded upon receipt. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, at the discretion of Roll With Advantage.
Why do my dice look different from the pictures online?
We stock many of the same dice set, so there is a good chance you are not receiving the same set that is in the photo. Due to the nature of the patterns on/in the dice, every set is different and we think that's great. That said, if you're unhappy with your purchase, we do accept exchanges. (Please see Returns & Exchanges for more information.)
How do you photograph your dice?
We use a combination of natural light, ring light, and a little editing to get our product photos. The only editing we perform is brightening the image to make it easier to see the beautiful colours and patterns on the dice.
