    COVID-19 Update

    As at Saturday, March 14th we are currently operating as normal and experiencing no delays due to COVID-19.  However, once shipped, orders may be delayed due to additional precautions or procedures implemented by courier and postal services.  This is outside of our control and we appreciate your patience.  If you have any questions, please get in touch.

    Shipping Summary

    We know paying for shipping is never fun, but we want to be transparent about where your shipping fee is going.  We use Sendle to deliver your orders, and within Australia for parcels up to 500g, in most cases the shipping fee we pay is  $7.50.  We subside the cost of packaging, anywhere between $1 and $5 depending on how your order is packed, so you're only paying the cost of shipping.

    What is the shipping process?
    We ship orders via tracked courier service, where possible, and cannot always send to PO Boxes with tracking.

    Processing time

    Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving payment.

    Estimated shipping times

    Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-7 business days

    Rest of the World: 10 - 15 business days

    Please note, these are the shipping times as specified by our courier service, once the parcel has been picked up.  These are only estimated shipping times, and there may occasionally be delays - especially with international deliveries where the parcel has been handed over to a local delivery service.  You can always track your delivery with the information provided in the separate shipping email.

    Customs and import taxes

    Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

    Returns & Exchanges

    We do not accept change of mind returns, though we gladly accept exchanges.

    Conditions of return

    In all cases, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. In the event a product is faulty or the wrong item was received, return shipping will be refunded upon receipt.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, at the discretion of Roll With Advantage.

    Why do my dice look different from the pictures online?

    We stock several of the same dice set, so there is a good chance you are not receiving the same set that is in the photo. Due to the nature of the patterns on/in the dice, every set is different and we think that's great. That said, if you're unhappy with your purchase, we do accept exchanges. (Please see Returns & Exchanges for more information.)

    Do you edit your photos?

    The only editing we perform is brightening the image to make it easier to see the beautiful colours and patterns on the dice. If ever you want to see another photo of the set you have your eye on, please get in touch.
